In 2020, Shenzhen ZHAOWEI Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd. (Stock abbr: ZHAOWEI; Stock code：003021) got listed on A-shares in Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Also, we won the 6th China Grand Awards for Industry(for micro drive systems of intelligent equipment) and the China Manufacturing Single Championship (micro drive system) at the same year.

Industrial coordinated development, to the international forward
In 2022, the industry coordinated development, Dongguan micro drive system research and manufacturing base was put into use, and the construction of Suzhou micro intelligent drive industry center began. Today, Zhaowei has a number of branches or offices in Dongguan, Shanghai, Germany and other industries all over the world.
The gear testing laboratory has a number of high-precision testing equipment such as the Klingberg gear testing center, the German Mahr cylindricity measuring instrument, the Japanese Osaka gear meshing instrument, and the OGP plane tester, which provide quality assurance.
1.Gear testing laboratory
The transmission system laboratory has experimental equipment such as precision dynamometers, static backlash testers, vibration test benches, and walk-in constant temperature and humidity test chambers, which can carry out 54 tests such as gearbox electromechanical performance, acoustic vibration performance, aging performance, and reliability testing.
2.Transmission testing laboratory
The intelligent control laboratory is equipped with load meters, power analyzers, high-precision AC Sources, and six-channel ultra-wideband oscilloscopes, which are advanced professional equipment to ensure the orderly development and testing of projects.
3.Intelligent Control Test Laboratory
Zhaowei has advanced flexible manufacturing and automated manufacturing capabilities. Zhaowei has introduced the MES management system and automated production lines to effectively improve production flexibility, ensure product quality, achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and won the honorary certificate of intelligent manufacturing level 3 maturity.
